Ebola arrived at the states five years ago and Obama shut that shit down immediately. Ebola, a human transmissible virus with a ~90% mortality rate that kills you by literally liquefying your viscera and making you shit and bleed it out every orifice until you die. We crushed it because we had people in leadership who took the threat of a pandemic seriously and gave it the money and resources it deserved.
The reason I say that is because human to human transmission requires fluid to membrane contact. “Don’t touch strangers bodily fluids or surfaces you suspect they might be on” is first world hygiene 101, even before being on plague watch because of the news/government warnings.
