I’ve seen this before: when they are smaller they have a single “North America” region for their sales teams, and grow and create sales offices in Canada. So then they have a “North America” and “Canada” sales offices. It would make more sense to rename it to the US, but you have to change all of your internal PowerPoint slides and shit. Too hard.
