Not a single person became infected in the US. 1 man in texas contracted it abroad, and the 2 nurses who worked on him also got it, but I don’t really consider that as Americans contracting it, as they directly worked on him. And even if you want to say ok, 2 people contracted Ebola, fine. 2 people. Dr. Fauci personally suited up to treat doctors and nurses flown into the CDC. Everything worked out great.
