Technically, your teacher also made your 10-year-old undress, was this in front of the teacher or class? Pretty sure that’s a big no there too. Ignore the teacher. Have your kid wear it again, weekly. It’s not rude, nor profane. The teacher has no business dictating what their students wear. If any more issues come of it, have the teacher put it in writing, then take it up with teaching authority.

It’s also freedom of expression. I thought it was good to express individuality, and wrong for a teacher to be trying to suppress this in a child. You send your child to get an education not to teach you kids how they should live or what they should wear.
