So the “jet version” was a modified version of a modified version of a stock image, presumably (as Shutterstock doesn’t show these details) created and later modified by “BPTU”, the gaps in the dates being caused by the image not being archived at the time for one reason or another. It seems the Daily Caller did the same search as the Trump campaign has done 4 years later, and both forgot to check if it was appropriate. A more likely explanation I think.

Remember when almost everything Obama did, republican conspiracy theorists would try to find some symbol to tie back to some Islamic takeover? How could they possibly do that and stay silent on the 45,000 trump ties to Russia? Why aren’t they looking into every little symbol? Hmmm, I wonder why.
