My refrigerator had gone out and I had to wait a couple of weeks before my new one arrived. I went to the store to purchase a mini-fridge so I could still have things like milk and cheese until my new refrigerator arrived. While in the checkout line, I kept noticing an older woman in front of me staring at me. I was a bit creeped out but thought maybe she recognized me from somewhere and was trying to figure it out. After she left I checked out and as I was heading toward the exit of the store I found her waiting for me.

She explained that she noticed the mini-fridge in my cart and said she had one twice that size at her home that she planned on donating. She gave me her number and address and said I could have hers for free. I promptly turned around and returned the $70 mini-fridge, went to her home where she had the fridge waiting outside for me. She refused any money and said she was just happy to be able to help.
