This is a great debate – I’m always up for defining cozy. Here’s my 2c: this place looks magical – I would love to be there, to be so close to the ocean. BUT… the magic is highly dependent on the good weather. Imagine it without the glorious sunshine, instead if you had cold grey skies, lashing rains, gusting winds.. would you still be happy and cozy in that room? I’m imagining shivering and trying to feel warm on that bed.

Cozy can be enhanced by the weather but should not be dependent on it. I’m contradicting myself in an earlier post because I found sheep in a meadow cozy BUT… I’m deciding that cute animal override this weather rule.
