Yeah but those chapters aren’t related to one another. There’s BLMTO here in Toronto, but they do not coordinate or communicate or relate in any way with BLMNY or BLM Buffalo. They’re just organizations that are spontaneously created by the people in these cities, who choose to share a name of a common cause. I know everyone tries to play it cute about “these aren’t organizations!”, but BLM is straight up an incorporated organization. Is Antifa? No

There is a BLM organization, but BLM is also a wider ideology/movement as well. Not everyone who supports and participates in the BLM movement identifies as a member of BLM. It’s like if I tried to create an organization called Conservativism, I couldn’t then claim to own the ideology behind conservatism even though I was at that point the leader of the organization.
