I would have to say Hotchner’s ex-wife on Criminal Minds when they all hear her get shot on the phone by The Reaper. I still can’t watch that episode. And I can’t say why other than when you watch these shows repeatedly, you form a bond with those people and you react to any trauma they go through, especially if they’re good actors.
