Well, Obamacare never helped me. I am an rn and I’ve had to file medical bankruptcy. I qualify for no subsidy. my insurance premiums are so high for my family that I don’t include myself dor the extra $450/mo it would cost me. I know many more in my position. universal healthcare would have helped lessen the spread of covid19 because people would have felt ok going to the doc to get checked out instead of toughing it out. to me, a return to normalcy means for-profit healthcare and big business controlling legislation through lobbying. it means if you can’t pay, you die. we deserve more.
