It smells AWESOME and it’s pretty good when it’s in something like tiramisu or something sweet, but in liquid form ICK!!!! t’s not “expensive” coffees that taste good. Grind the beans before you make the coffee and use a different method than a drip machine. That alone will make a huge difference. I hated coffee until my friends made me pour-over.

While I agree that I think most coffee lovers drink it for the poop regulation and just don’t talk about it, I challenge you to taste a cup made by a professional that matches your taste. Most coffee is prepared with the wrong method to match the grind, roast, water temp, and pressure (not to mention awful beans that are usually too old). Preparing coffee to make it taste as good as it smells is as difficult as scrambling eggs… correctly (in a way papa Ramsey wouldn’t be mad).
