Students weren’t allowed to actually do anything, nothing hands-on, at all. I did more pelvic exams in my ED rotation. When I complained my school told me I was just “unprepared” for the rotation. When everyone else I spoke to who had the same rotation had the exact same experience as me. Fuck that rotation. I hated my OB rotation. Maybe it had happened during my rotation I might’ve enjoyed it. Wait, no, it would’ve still been terrible.
