Fun fact, higher quality beans that are super artisan have a whole lot less bitter than say Starbucks beans. I totally recommend getting like a small package of single-origin from the grocery store (the whole bean but if you don’t have a grinder pre-ground is still good) It’s really nice.
I find bitter foods extremely bitter, more than other people. Not sure I’d call myself a supertaster but it definitely feels that way sometimes. I use more salt than other people too, which I think might be a component of it.
